Gentle Yoga with Mindful Stretching

Join us for Gentle Yoga with Mindful Stretching in a comfortable, intimate setting. Our small classes allow for more hands-on instruction and assistance from our wonderful Certified Yoga Instructor, Lisa Bark. This class will focus on the therapeutic benefits of stretching, relaxation, and meditation. The flow will be dictated by the participants and everyone will leave feeling the amazing benefits of a good yoga practice. Yoga blocks will be available and instruction will be given on how to use them to assist with injuries and limitations. Classes are limited to 6 so you must reserve your spot! Please note: If this class is full, you may add yourself to the wait list or check the availability of our 8:10 class.

Prepayment is required. See the Ticket Description for details. Please give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your yoga session. If less than 24-hour notice is given, we will try our best to fill your spot from our waiting list. If we cannot fill it, you forfeit your prepayment. Please understand that this policy is not personal but we want to be sure every opportunity is available for all to attend and benefit from Gentle Yoga.
