Super Hero Academy (Super Fun and Super Required Customer Service Training)
On Friday, December 8th over 500 City of Minneapolis Customer Service Super Heroes will gather for a super- secret mission. You have been specially selected by your manager/supervisor for this top secret assignment. You are required to attend so be sure to put this on your calendar now!

Why are we doing this?
Customer service values guide an organization. They create the culture of our organization and prepare our teams for each job's specific challenges. Whenever values guide an action, culture is created.
Commitments are extraordinarily powerful. A leader's commitment shapes our organization's culture, defines the strengths and weaknesses, establishes its opportunities and limitations and set the direction. It's important to know that your management team and leaders are committed to you and value you.
What do you get out of it?
This training will give you tools and tips to deal with difficult situations you might find yourself in and help you prepare for them in advance so you have better experiences and customer interactions! (A better time at work!)
