Welcome to Resident Assistant Orientation! These three days will be filled with practical information and clinical training necessary to fulfill your role as an Ecumen Resident Assistant. Throughout this training process, you will learn more about the unique residents you will be caring for and develop skills to meet their specific needs. You will be receiving a Mantoux, unless documentation of a negative chest X-ray or Mantoux screen within the past 12 months is presented on Day 1. We are thrilled to share with you how Ecumen delivers care to our residents and we look forward to getting to work!
Training is Tuesday 1:00pm - 4:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm. Lunch will be served on Wednesday and Thursday.
