Slow Flow Yoga + Meditation

Join yogi, Amber Johnson on the Second Sunday of every month as she leads a "Slow Yoga and Meditation" class. 

Amber received her 200 hour yoga certification in Goa, India during a year of solo travel through Asia. Her travels focused on self-discovery through studying and experiencing different styles of yoga and meditation. She also received certifications in Ayurveda and her Reiki 1 attunement. She is currently working towards a certification in Restorative Yoga as well.

Amber believes that taking the time to practice self-love and gratitude is important for one to find peace and acceptance. It is her passion to share the benefits yoga and meditation have given her throughout her own struggles and life journey.

A few tips:
