Does my child need to be present?
Yes ALL your children need to be present or you can wait until the end and if we have any backpacks filled with age-appropriate school supplies is left you can receive them. However, proof of children will need to be presented such as a report card or birth certificate.
If I register does this guarantee my child or children will receive school supplies?
No, pre-registration means you can save time by not registering the day of the event.
Do I need to stay the whole time?
No, once you register you can pick up your backpack. We offer lots of FREE activities, food, growshops and entertainment for the children from 1:00 - 4:00 pm to make this a nice family event.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Rainbow Recreation Center has a small parking lot. There is plenty of street parking around the neighborhood. There is construction going on International Blvd so there is no parking on the side of Rainbow Recreation Center

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not have to print out your ticket, but it will make your check-in process go quicker.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can. Just click the link that was emailed to you to add more children or let us know you can not make it.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, if you purchased the Level Up Packages you can transfer to someone else if you and your children can not make it. However, no refunds will be issued.
What do I need to know about the day of the event?
Parking: Is limited. see above question
Tickets: There is no need for paper tickets or to print this confirmation email (but it's helpful). Your child's name will be on an attendee list. Come to the Pre-register area.
Day of the Event:
*On-site registration and check-in starts at 12:00 pm
*We have Nacho's available for free and either water or juice
*Free 20 -30 minute Parent and Teen workshops will be available (Raffle prizes will be given out to parents and teens who attend)
*It's going to be hot, make sure you are hydrated. Free water stations will be available
