Have you had trouble finding motivation to exercise consistently? Have you wanted to have fun while working out and learning about exercise, nutrition, and your body? BTB classes offer that and more!
We'll spend an hour doing a fun workout together while also teaching you the proper form, which gives you the knowledge and confidence to exercise on your own or at the gym! At the end of the workout, we'll talk about how to make healthy eating an easy priority. We are so excited to share our passion for healthy living with you through these classes.
