The future of HVAC systems for EV and E-buses

About the event:

BlueThink has recently completed a technology landscaping related to HVAC systems and their impact on electric vehicles (EV) and electric buses (EBus). HVAC system is responsible for intensive battery consumption (reducing car mileage) and all OEMs are looking to develop innovative solutions dedicated to the EV world, given the growing size of the electric market.

The research has been also completed with interviews to EV HVAC managers and OEM managers, sharing their opinions on future trends.

April: Wed 17 | from 4.30 to 6.30 PM | 655 Montgomery St 7th Floor

BlueThink - is an engineering consultancy that supports several car manufacturers and OEM with product development (e.g. Maserati, BMW, Alfa Romeo, Iveco, etc). With a global presence (US, UK and Italy), 8 international patents and several scientific publications, BlueThink supports R&D challenges with technology scouting, engineering services and complex technical problems resolution.

EAA - The Electric Auto Association (EAA) was formed in 1967 by Walter Laski in San Jose, California. These early advocates wanted to create public awareness with the goal of influencing policies to reduce dependence on foreign oil. They also understood, from an engineering perspective, that electric cars are simply a better technology. We work with schools, universities, businesses, health care groups, and governmental agencies to educate about the role that EVs play in combating climate change and improving air quality.
