Join us for one-day immersive workshop dedicated to unlocking our agents’ abilities. It is NOT a traditional sales course. Instead, it’s a more holistic approach to learning and professional development that encourages you to look within. It is the first essential building block to accessing the full potential of the program, so we encourage all agents to attend this training prior to engaging in the other ACEO offerings.
This is not a passive workshop, it is a highly engaging class where members participate in role play and case study exercises. You receive a workbook and personal development plan. The goal is to both identify and leverage your strengths—and to also find solutions that mitigate your weaknesses.
