Mindful Wellbeing: Cultivating Your Vision for More Vibrant Living

This 4-session course, meeting every week, will introduce practices and activities to encourage self-knowledge, growth, and positive change across many dimensions of wellness. Each week, a new set of skills and exercises from mindfulness and wellness coaching will be presented to encourage, energize, and transform your daily life. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness to improve their overall level of wellness, identifying their own strengths as a way to help create and meet their self-identified goals.
