St. Patty's Barre & Brews

Sue Parke loves bringing Bar to the Barre! Come embrace the sweat, shake and burn on St. Patrick's by taking this 50 minute low impact high intenisty barre class followed by craft brews.  

About the Class:

Barre Matte is a low impact workout using a combination of Ballet, Pilates and traditional strength training designed to target, shape and tone the whole body. Fitness equipment for this class will include light weights, gliders and mini resistance bands.  


Space is limited and you must purchase tickets here in advance! Please be sure to bring a copy of your ticket (on your phone is fine), arrive about 15 minutes minutes early to check in, sign a waiver and a secure a spot in the room so we can start class on time and let the beer flow immediately after!

What you need: 

All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water, your ticket and extra cash or a cc if you plan to purchase additional beer or snacks. Grip socks and a sweat towel are recommended, but not required.
