Private/Sport Pilot Aviation Ground School
Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 54, at the Lake Elmo Airport, is sponsoring a Private/Sport Pilot Aviation Ground School Course. Anyone, at least 16 years old, interested in private pilot or sport pilot ground training is invited to register. Successful completion of the course will authorize the student to take either the FAA Private or Sport Pilot Knowledge Exam.
Class sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays beginning February 4, 2019 and concluding May 6, 2019. Sessions will meet from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Chapter 54 building located on the Lake Elmo Airport. Use airport Entrance B.
The course fee is $100.To register, click on "Tickets". Students must also purchase the Gleim Private Pilot Kit course materials. Kits are available from Lake Elmo Aero at the Lake Elmo Airport or various on-line sources.
