Peace Amongst The Holiday Chaos- 3 Week Yoga Mini-Series
It's that time of year again- shopping, holiday concerts for the kids, cookies to bake, shopping, places to go & people to see! Did I mention shopping? There's so much to do, when will you have time to breathe? I've got just the thing- a yoga series focused on peace!
In this 3 week mini-series we will:
Learn how simple breathing techniques can calm your nervous system, change your perspective, and revitalize your energy.
Use meditation and guided imagery to slow down the "monkey mind" and bring it back into focus.
Release tension and stress in the body.
Balance the body and mind through gentle yoga poses.
Enjoy some much needed time to focus on YOU!
Classes will be held Monday evenings, from 7pm-8:15, December 3rd, 10th, & 17th.
Yoga practice is beginner friendly :)
Register soon as I limit the class size to keep it intimate and comfortable.
