Peace Amongst The Holiday Chaos- 3 Week Yoga Mini-Series

It's that time of year again- shopping, holiday concerts for the kids, cookies to bake, shopping, places to go & people to see! Did I mention shopping? There's so much to do, when will you have time to breathe? I've got just the thing- a yoga series focused on peace! 

In this 3 week mini-series we will:

  • Learn how simple breathing techniques can calm your nervous system, change your perspective, and revitalize your energy.

  • Use meditation and guided imagery to slow down the "monkey mind" and bring it back into focus.

  • Release tension and stress in the body.

  • Balance the body and mind through gentle yoga poses.

  • Enjoy some much needed time to focus on YOU!

Classes will be held Monday evenings, from 7pm-8:15, December 3rd, 10th, & 17th.

Yoga practice is beginner friendly :)
