2018 Eta Phi Chapter Black Excellence Awards

We invite you to join the Eta Phi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. as we celebrate Black excellence in Boston.

Black Excellence is an event to educate the Boston public about the existence of distinguished merit and achievement among Americans of African descent in the greater Boston Area. Secondly, as a method to stimulate ambition in our youth to do great things in the community. Lastly to create connections among our leaders and aspiring leaders in the community.

Awards are given in honor to individuals who have selflessly served the community. Listed below are the 2018 award winners.

Lifetime Achievement:
Mr. Michael Vance – ABCD/Central Boston Elder Services

Mr. Anthony Richards Sr. – No Books No Ball

Mr. Eric E. Lindsey - Lindsey & Associates Realty Inc.

Community Involvement:
Mr. Samuel N. Martin – Worcester Youth Center

Dr. Lisa M. Owens - Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital

Bishop William E. Dickerson II - Greater Love Tabernacle

We will also announce our fraternity Achievement Week Awards.
