Supporting the Charlestown After-School Spring Sailing Program
Made possible by Party on the Pier!
Over the past two years, nearly $100,000 was raised by over 800 participants, directly supporting Courageous' mission and ensuring that Boston's youth are able to participate in weekly after-school sailing programs on their home neighborhood’s scenic waterfront.
Sessions are usually held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the final four weeks of the school year. Previously, with the help of the coaches and members of the Boston Latin High School Sailing Team, a group of sailors were given the opportunity to sail our 420 racing dinghies, which are used nationally by competitive high school and college programs.
