Each meal serves 4-6 people. All meals are under 500 calories per serving and less than 500mg sodium per serving.

We’re making dinner easier than ever with this Simple Fix Meal Prep Workshop! We do the shopping, take care of all the dishes and even take out the trash! You prepare the meals and take them home to cook at a later date. Please bring a cooler or reusable shopping bag to take your meals home.
