May Freezer Meal Prep Workshop

THIS CLASS IS GLUTEN-FREE. In celebration of May being Celiac Awareness Month, this class will be completely gluten-free! These recipes are also dairy free. Allergen Warning: Hy-Vee is not a gluten-free or dairy-free facility so there is a risk of cross contamination.


We shop, you prep, and we clean up. You'll assemble 5 entrees in about 2 hours so you can have home cooked meals throughout the week. With delicious entrees to plan the week around, it is easy to bring the family back to the table! . Each meal serves at least 4 people. Bring a cooler or tote to carry your meals home. Price includes groceries, space for workshop, equipment, storage bags for meals, and clean up! Plus you'll get a 25 cent fuel saver at each class!

  5. Zesty Turkey Breast Cutlets


If you sign up and then decide that you are unable to participate in the class and the registration deadline has passed, we do not issue refunds. You have 2 options:



  1. Send a friend or family member in your place to assemble the meals for you.

  2. Arrange a date/time within 48 hours of the class time to pick up the groceries and assemble meals at home.


By signing up, you are acknowledging, no refund or exchanges will be given on classes for no show. Hy-Vee reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, dietitian illness or inclement weather. In this case, a refund will be issued
