Mindfulness & Self Compassion Ongoing Monthly Support Group

This support group is for those who have completed one of my Mindfulness & Self Compassion Groups in the past and who would like support, encouragement and new skills to maintain their progress and continue to grow. 


Groups will meet once per month on the 3rd Wednesday of the month May-August from 7:30-9pm. Similar to our past groups, Dr. Anna will guide the group through a new skill, topic and/or self-compassion related discussion in a safe an supportive space to help keep you moving forward.
